Main tasks:

• Deliver local and global HR technology transformation projects, focusing on SAP SuccessFactors.
• Design and implement digital HR solutions, ensuring alignment with client goals.
• Solve complex business challenges through structured analytical approaches.
• Plan and facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders at all levels.
• Drive go-to-market initiatives and support the full sales cycle.
• Identify and cultivate new opportunities by building and leveraging client relationships.

Your qualifications:

• Several years of professional experience in consultancy.
• Strong background in SAP SuccessFactors implementations, including design and configuration across various modules.
• Experience with technical integration of SuccessFactors within client system landscapes.
• Ability to gather business and process requirements and translate them into SAP SuccessFactors architecture.
• Proficiency in analyzing complex problems and delivering innovative, practical, and sustainable solutions.
• Fluent in English and German.
• A collaborative team player who proactively drives solutions within diverse, cross-functional teams.
• Open and willing to travel as needed for assignments.
• SAP SuccessFactors certifications.
• Strong project management and presentation skills paired with a highly client-focused approach.
