Main tasks:

• Drive SAP Warehouse Management Adoption: Ensure full implementation and adoption of the SAP Warehouse Management module across local units, leveraging its full capabilities to maximize business benefits.
  
• Global Process Alignment: Collaborate with SAP Business Process Owners across regions to drive harmonization of business processes, implement improvements, and prioritize system requirements.
  
• Business Process Optimization: Analyze current business processes, identify optimization and automation opportunities using SAP solutions to enhance efficiency.
  
• Engage with Local Teams: Work closely with local Business Process Owners and Key Users to understand and address their most pressing challenges.
  
• Monitor and Enhance System Performance: Continuously monitor SAP system performance, collect user feedback, and drive improvements to maximize operational efficiency.
  
• Proactive Issue Resolution: Address user pain points by resolving system issues swiftly, ensuring smooth SAP operations.
  
• Manage Change Requests: Ensure that change requests are well-documented with clear technical details, facilitating quick implementation of fixes and improvements.

Your qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  
• SAP Warehouse Management Expertise: Hands-on experience with SAP Warehouse Management (WM/ EWM) modules.
  
• S4/HANA Platform Knowledge: Strong understanding of S4/HANA is highly preferred. SAP Certifications are a plus.
  
• Industry Experience: Background in manufacturing or industrial services is beneficial.
  
• Effective Communication: Proficient in English andGerman with strong communication skills.
  
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global environment.
  
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical abilities to quickly identify and resolve root causes of issues.
