Main tasks:

Technical Tasks:

• Installation and configuration of SAP systems
• System monitoring, performance analysis, and optimization
• Patch management and updates
• SAP HANA administration
• Implementation of upgrades, backups, and patch installations
• Troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Process automation and optimization
• Expertise in SAP modules, including ERP, HCM, SRM, S/4 HANA, TREX, SAP BW/4HANA, Business Objects, and more
• Providing technical support to SAP key users
• Supporting SAP Basis projects
• Ensuring adherence to security and compliance standards
• Comprehensive documentation and reporting

Your qualifications:

• Experience: Several years of professional experience in SAP R/3, S/4, and Cloud platforms with up-to-date technical knowledge.
• Certified Senior Architect: Proven certifications and experience in Managed Applications architecture within SAP environments.
• Database & OS Expertise: Strong knowledge of SAP-related databases (DB2, HANA, Sybase, Oracle) and operating systems (AIX, SLES, Windows, Red Hat).
• Project Management: Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale, complex SAP projects from concept to delivery.
• Bilingual Skills: Fluency in German (C1 level or higher) and English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience collaborating with IT departments to integrate SAP systems into broader applications or platforms.
• Involvement in change management activities.
• Proven ability to work in agile environments with a results-driven approach.
• Awareness of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies.
• Leadership experience, including managing cross-functional teams and ensuring accountability and results.
