Main tasks:

  • Data Migration Lead: Ensure seamless data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) with maintained data integrity and security. Prepare, map, and control data pre-migration; perform audits, reconciliation, and exception reporting post-migration; identify anomalies.
  • Application Management: Oversee the lifecycle of HCM applications from selection to decommissioning. Ensure alignment with business needs and seamless integration of migrated data.
  • Workshops & Planning: Facilitate workshops to define scope, map data, and develop migration strategies with functional leads.
  • Stakeholder & Risk Management: Collaborate with stakeholders on testing, align with functional leads, manage risks/issues, and support security efforts.
  • Execution & Documentation: Manage and document the migration of HR data from multiple systems (SAP/non-SAP) into Workday, covering recruitment and training records.

  • Experience: Proven expertise in data migration, integration, and cloud deployment.
  • Data Skills: Strong in analysis, mapping, and quality assessment.
  • Application Lifecycle: Skilled in managing application deployment, upgrades, and decommissioning.
  • Collaboration: Effective team player with IT, HR, and project teams.
  • Communication: Clear communicator with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: Accurate documentation and thorough reporting.
