SAP Senior Specialist GTS (80-100%)

Main tasks:

• Provide expert consulting in Global Trade Management (GTM) with a focus on SAP GTS.
• Research, develop, and demonstrate SAP GTS solutions.
• Test SAP GTS functionalities and meticulously document processes.
• Monitor the evolution, competitive landscape, and market trends for GTM solutions, with an emphasis on SAP GTS.
• Prepare compelling proposals and marketing materials for SAP GTS services.
• Coordinate international engagements.
• Manage orders and projects, including risk and independence assessments, engagement finalization, billing, and project planning & tracking.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries through SAP Global Trade Services helpdesk (SAP GTS).

Your qualifications:

• Extensive experience with SAP GTS and/or a background in international trade.
• Proficient in SAP GTS Customs Management, Compliance Management, and/or Trade Preference Management.
• Skilled in transitioning/migrating to SAP GTS Edition for Hana.
• Completed at least one full SAP GTS implementation cycle.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SD and MM processes.
• Expertise in SAP configuration, SAP debugging/ABAP, and consulting services is advantageous.
• Service-oriented with a passion for interacting with people and willingness to travel for client needs.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills, particularly in digital/IT and process-related issues.
• Exceptional teamwork, interpersonal, listening, and communication skills.
• Prepared to assist SAP GTS consultants on a variety of issues.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in German and/or French is a plus.
