Key Facts: SAP and non SAP Master Data Management Lead, Master Data Governance, Leadership, Project Management, in Zürich/home office.

Main tasks:

• Strategy Development: Lead the development and execution of Master Data Management (MDM) strategies aligned with business objectives
  
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define data ownership and accountability frameworks
  
• Cross-Domain Alignment: Promote alignment on data quality, sharing, and governance practices across domains
  
• Governance Compliance: Monitor and adapt policies and frameworks to ensure compliance with regulations and shifting business priorities
  
• Performance Tracking: Define and monitor key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of MDM initiatives
  
• Data Quality: Drive efforts to clean, harmonize, and standardize data, enhancing quality and reducing redundancies
  
• Training & Enablement: Provide training and support to equip teams with the tools and knowledge for effective master data management

Your qualifications:

• Academic Background: Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or equivalent professional experience; certifications in MDM are an advantage
  
• Professional Experience: Several years of proven experience in Master Data Management, data governance, or related fields
  
• Domain Expertise: Familiarity with domain-oriented approaches such as Data Mesh is a strong advantage
  
• Project Leadership: Strong project management skills and the ability to engage stakeholders across technical and non-technical areas
  
• Analytical Thinking: Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail
  
• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and align stakeholders at all levels
  
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and German
