Main tasks:

  • Relationship Management: Manage and grow Tricentis relationship with SAP through targeted growth activities in emerging markets.
  • Team Collaboration: Work in conjunction with Sales, Sales Engineering, Sales Enablement, Marketing, and Product leadership to develop and execute overarching team selling strategies.
  • Opportunity Identification: Create and identify opportunities for Tricentis products within the SAP ecosystem by collaborating with Tricentis Account Executives (AE).
  • Large Deal Development: Develop and execute large deals in partnership with SAP BTP Sales, Industry Account Executives, Global Account Managers/Directors, and SAP Architects.
  • Territory Planning: Develop an operating calendar, detailed territory plans, and engagement models with Go-To-Market teams (Sales, Presales, Marketing, etc.) to deliver on GTM goals.
  • Market Insight: Demonstrate a broad comprehension of customer needs, market trends, industry challenges, major players, relevant products, and technologies.
  • Sales Discovery: Conduct in-depth sales discovery meetings, assist with messaging for demos, and collaborate with sales leadership to drive technical and commercial wins.
  • Value Messaging: Enhance Tricentis value messaging for prospects and customers and build a compelling business case.
  • Sales Optimization: Update sales business plans to optimize sales results for assigned regions.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Support cross-functional teams in coordinating business development, marketing, RFPs, demos, legal contracts, and software implementation, ensuring client satisfaction.

Your qualifications:

  • Sales Experience: Approximately 10 years of sales experience in SaaS and B2B software industries.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and German.
  • SAP Knowledge: Deep knowledge and experience working with SAP on sales opportunities, preferably related to S/4 Hana Migration, Cloud Migration, Data Migration, and Quality Assurance solutions.
  • Customer-Facing Expertise: Proven direct sales experience in customer-facing roles within the tech industry.
  • Relationship Building: Excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Product Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Software Testing products and positioning.
  • Proactivity: History of taking initiative and proactively seeking creative solutions.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to attend specialized training across European time zones.
