Key Facts: Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO), Completion (Design, Production, Installation), Supply Chain Management (SCM) Basel/home office.

Main tasks:

• Support & Coordination Provide 2nd-level support and manage 3rd-level activities for smooth IT operations
• Process Design Work with business SMEs to define and optimize processes using best industry practices
• Change Management Drive and implement changes and small to medium-sized projects
• Documentation Prepare specifications, work instructions, training materials, and technical documents
• System Configuration Configure SAP systems, perform testing, and train key users
• Collaboration & Innovation Work with IT teams, internal stakeholders, and external providers to foster innovation
  

Your qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field
• SAP expertise in logistics modules (MM, SD, PS, PM, PP)
• Strong understanding of logistics and FI/CO module integration
• Excellent communication skills and process-oriented mindset
• Ability to perform SAP system configurations autonomously and accurately
