Main tasks:

• Drive Strategic Projects: Take a pivotal role in large-scale, high-impact projects focused on S/4 HANA or SAP BTP both in Switzerland and abroad.
• End-to-End Client Support: Partner with clients from the initial conceptual design stage through to successful implementation, ensuring smooth operational handovers.
• Take the Lead: Step into a leadership role by managing sub-projects within the scope of new implementations, driving progress and ensuring timely delivery.
• Innovate and Build Solutions: Design and expand SAP standard software solutions to meet the unique needs of clients.
• Develop Custom Applications: Create bespoke customer applications and integrate diverse software solutions for seamless operational performance.

Your qualifications:

• Educational Background: You hold a University degree (Bachelor, Master, MBA, or PhD) or possess a comparable education and work experience (e.g., HF, federal diploma).
• Process Expertise: You have a strong understanding of business processes and hands-on experience recommending process optimizations. You bring in-depth knowledge of at least one SAP module (e.g., FI, CO, TRM, Analytics, or SAP Consolidation) with a clear grasp of both transactional and configuration options.
• Consulting Know-How: You have proven experience as a consultant specializing in SAP Finance and Controlling, coupled with a deep understanding of controlling and financial accounting principles.
• Specialized SAP Skills: You offer expertise in at least one of the following areas:
  • Controlling / Product Costing
  • Financial Supply Chain Management (e.g., TRM, Cash & Liquidity Management, and In-House Cash)
  • Financial Accounting / Material Ledger Integration
  • S/4HANA
• Communication & Adaptability: With strong analytical skills, you can clearly convey complex ideas. You are fluent in German or French, as well as English, and have a high willingness to travel within Europe.
