Role Overview

  • Lead and manage internal integrations for Workday HCM implementation.
  • Integrate Workday with SAP S4/HANA, payroll systems, and third-party applications via SAP Integration Suite.
  • Ensure smooth data flow, system compatibility, and support a successful Workday deployment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams and Workday implementation partners to create system integrations using REST, SOAP, and other technologies.
  • Design, develop, and deploy integration flows with SAP Integration Suite.
  • Act as the main contact for integration issues, troubleshooting, and resolution.
  • Work with Workday and SAP consultants to ensure smooth transitions between teams.
  • Create documentation, best practices, and training materials for integration processes.
  • Monitor integration performance and reliability, resolving technical issues.
  • Ensure compliance with data security, governance, and privacy standards.

Your qualifications:

  • Several years of experience in system integrations, ideally in HCM environments.
  • Strong expertise with SAP Integration Suite (design, configuration, deployment).
  • Experience with API management, message processing, and security in SAP Integration Suite.
  • Proficiency in integration protocols (SOAP, REST, OData, IDoc).
  • Knowledge of data security, compliance, and governance principles.
  • Problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • Nice to have: Experience with payroll systems and Workday implementations.
