SAP P2P (Plan-to-Product / Procure-to-Pay) Team Head (100%)

Main tasks:

• Operational and personnel management of a global, cross-functional team consisting of internal SAP consultants and external consulting companies.
• Responsibility for the SAP P2P modules (MM/Ariba/PP-PI/IBP/PPDS/advanced ATP/QM/MES/Variant Configuration).
• Ensuring the day-to-day operation of S/4HANA and third-party applications in the area of Plan-to-Product and Procure-to-Pay.
• Liaise with the Global Head of SAP, Global SAP Process Owners and regional SAP business teams to support roadmap planning and project deliveries in the P2P area.
• Identify and implement new technologies and innovations to optimise processes and systems in SAP.
• Partner with business teams to identify business opportunities and take responsibility for delivering measurable business outcomes in line with stakeholder interests.
• Ensure compliance with security and architecture standards template solutions for SAP related systems, processes and services.
  
  

Your qualifications:

• Several years of experience in leading SAP P2P teams and projects, preferably in an international environment.
• Sound knowledge of the SAP P2P modules (MM/Ariba/PP-PI/IBP/PPDS/advanced ATP/QM/MES/Variant Configuration).
• Strong affinity for technology and innovation in the SAP environment, especially in dealing with S/4HANA.
• Ability to lead and motivate virtual and globally distributed teams.
  Experience in the implementation
• Perfect English and German.
