Main tasks:

  • Project Planning: Partner with the Business Project Manager to create detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and rollout schedules.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the central point of contact for implementation partners, internal application teams, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless collaboration from project initiation to Go-Live.
  • Process and System Design: Lead the evaluation and definition of processes and system architecture during Discovery and Blueprint Phases.
  • Change Management: Assess technical change requests and escalate critical items to the Change Request Decision Board as required.
  • Cross-Team Alignment: Coordinate efforts among application owners to consistently achieve project goals and maintain timelines.
  • Requirement Translation: Ensure business needs are accurately translated into technical specifications, proactively identifying and addressing gaps early in the process.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Support UAT activities to confirm that all system requirements and expectations are fully met.
  • System Setup and Updates: Collaborate on system configurations, client setups, and updates throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Lead discussions on project risks and issues related to IS workstreams, driving mitigation strategies and ensuring follow-through.
  • Progress Monitoring: Track and communicate project status, progress, and potential risks, implementing corrective measures as needed.
  • Stakeholder Reporting: Provide regular updates to the Business Project Manager and stakeholders, highlighting progress and addressing critical challenges.
  • Governance Oversight: Manage governance activities, including requirements specification, testing, documentation, and deployment, ensuring project consistency and success.

Your qualifications:

  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and influence stakeholders across all organizational levels.
  • Results-Oriented: Strong focus on achieving measurable project outcomes and delivering success.
  • ERP Expertise: Extensive experience managing complex ERP transformation projects, particularly with IS-focused workstreams.
  • Stakeholder Management: Proficiency in managing diverse stakeholders from various disciplines, fostering collaboration and alignment.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to ensure clarity and consensus across all project teams.
  • SAP Experience: In-depth knowledge of SAP deployments and large-scale ERP systems implementation.
  • Risk Management: Strong ability to identify, evaluate, and address project risks proactively, ensuring smooth execution.
