Main tasks:

• Program Implementation: Ensure compliance with global processes and maximize the use of SAP and other core systems
  
• Business Analysis: Gather and consolidate requirements from multiple hubs to align with overarching business objectives
  
• Process Harmonization: Identify and eliminate process deviations, ensuring alignment with global standards
  
• Demand & Incident Management: Prioritize and resolve SAP-related issues, manage new requirements, and enhance incident handling
  
• Training & Change Management: Build capabilities in local teams, develop training materials, and drive adoption of global standards
  
• Collaboration & Reporting: Collaborate with local BPOs, monitor progress, share best practices, and provide updates to stakeholders

Your qualifications:

• Degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field
  
• Several years of experience in business process or program implementation within manufacturing
  
• Proficiency in at least one SAP module (e.g., SD, MM, PP), Salesforce/FSM, and data analysis
  
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  
• Additional strengths in project management, training development, and a detail-oriented working style
