Main tasks:

• System Stabilization: Enhance and stabilize the SAP S/4HANA system while introducing innovative business processes.
• User Management: Coordinate and guide key users for SAP S/4HANA modules to ensure seamless functionality.
• Support Strategy: Design and implement a robust support concept tailored to the SAP S/4HANA ecosystem.
• End-User Training: Deliver effective training and support to end-users, focusing on SAP Fiori usage.
• Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with external service providers and vendors to maintain system performance and reliability.

Your qualifications:

• Project Leadership: Proven experience managing SAP projects, particularly in SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• System Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture and its integration with business operations.
• Process Improvement: Strong expertise in process optimization and change management initiatives.
• Training Skills: Hands-on experience in training and supporting end-users, with an emphasis on SAP Fiori solutions.
• Collaboration: Exceptional communication and coordination skills to engage stakeholders and manage external partners effectively.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English and German (written and spoken).
