Main tasks:

• Lead global Supply Chain workstreams in SAP S/4HANA migration projects, ensuring successful delivery of defined objectives
• Oversee end-to-end integration of Supply Chain processes with SD/MM modules and ensure cross-functional alignment
• Act as the primary liaison among Supply Chain teams, IT stakeholders, and global operations
• Supervise training programs and process documentation to promote stakeholder engagement and technology adoption
• Facilitate collaboration with Finance, Procurement, Data & Tech, and other cross-functional teams
• Manage global Supply Chain projects, encompassing requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and change management
• Apply project management methodologies (Prince2, PMI, Agile) to ensure smooth project execution
• Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders to secure alignment with strategic goals
• Translate global business requirements into actionable SAP technical specifications
• Oversee post-transformation process ownership, ensuring continuous improvement and adoption of technology
• Align SAP S/4HANA transformation with other digitalization initiatives to enhance agility and operational efficiency
• Partner with IT teams to integrate SAP systems with other platforms, ensuring data consistency
• Manage global SAP Supply Chain data, emphasizing data integrity and adherence to best practices
• Oversee iDOCs and WMS interface development, including test case creation for seamless 3PL system integration
• Develop and maintain comprehensive global SAP documentation, configurations, and user guides
• Design and implement scalable training programs, enabling end-users to gain proficiency with SAP and Supply Chain tools
• Provide timely technical support to address SAP related issues, ensuring system reliability

Your qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Computer Science; PMP or SAP certifications preferred
• Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA migration or implementation, with a track record of managing large-scale transformation projects
• Several years of SAP functional experience, including SD/MM/PP configuration and troubleshooting
• Advanced knowledge of Supply Chain processes, SAP SD, MM, EDI, and process optimization
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Prince2, PMI, Agile) and change management principles
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with digital technologies and process design
