Key Facts: SAP FI/CO, SAP S/4HANA, Projectmanagement, travelling within Switzerland, in Bern/home office.

Main tasks:

• Serve as a subject matter expert by providing comprehensive consulting services in SAP FICO, covering configuration, implementation, and long-term support.
  
• Take ownership of SAP FICO implementation projects, including upgrades and enhancements, throughout their entire lifecycle.
  
• Analyze client business needs and deliver effective, tailored SAP FICO solutions that address those requirements.
  
• Design and configure SAP FICO modules to ensure optimal performance and meet client specifications.
  
• Create and deliver user-friendly training materials and sessions, enabling end-users to efficiently utilize SAP FICO functionalities.
  
• Offer continuous support to ensure the smooth operation of existing SAP FICO systems and provide troubleshooting assistance as needed.
  
• Collaborate closely with fellow consultants and project managers to drive successful project outcomes.
  
• Contribute to pre-sales activities such as solution presentations and proposal development to support business growth.
  
• Stay current with SAP FICO trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to enhance processes and drive innovation.
  
• Bring forward creative ideas to help propel the companys success and development.

Your qualifications:

• A bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• Several years of experience working as an SAP FICO Consultant.
  
• A deep understanding of SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger, Group Reporting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Controlling, and Treasury. Experience with S/4HANA is a plus.
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and colleagues.
  
• Ability to work independently while being a valuable team member.
  
• A creative, forward-thinking approach with a passion for innovation.
  
• Certification in SAP FICO implementations and ideally a Public Cloud Consultant Certification in Finance.
  
• Fluency in English and German is required, and proficiency in French or Italian is a plus.
  
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland.
