SAP PP Consultant (80-100%)

Key Facts: SAP PP, Project Lead, SAP S/4HANA, in Schaffhausen/home office.

Main tasks:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP PP, including:
  • Requirements gathering, blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
• Analyze business requirements and design SAP PP solutions to optimize production planning, scheduling, and execution
• Configure and customize SAP PP to align with business processes and objectives
• Provide hands-on support and troubleshoot SAP PP-related issues
• Conduct system testing and ensure data accuracy across production-related modules
• Develop and maintain user training materials and conduct training sessions for key and end users
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, quality standards, and industry best practices
• Implement ongoing enhancements and system optimizations based on evolving business needs
• Stay updated on SAP S/4HANA innovations and guide the adoption of new features to improve production efficiency
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including status reports, risk assessments, and post-implementation reviews

Your qualifications

• Degree: Masters or Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience:
  • SAP Consultant experience in SAP PP (MM and/or WM is a plus)
  • Strong skills in requirements design and module customization
  • Knowledge of process harmonization, end-to-end processes, and best practices
• Certifications: Project Management certification or completion of a recognized PM curriculum is a plus
• Soft skills:
  • High level of personal responsibility and independence
  • Confident and professional demeanor
• Language skills: Fluent in English, German knowledge is a plus
• Other:
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%
  • Valid work permit for Switzerland or EU citizenship
