Main tasks:

• Process Design & Optimization within the complex Enterprise Architecture across teams and modules
• Customization, Configuration & Testing of SAP EWM/WM & TM-related topics
• Process Improvement & Innovation by identifying optimization opportunities and recommending solutions
• Project & Sub-Project Leadership, including planning, coordination, and execution
• Project Management with responsibility for timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Standardization & Best Practices, ensuring alignment with global solutions and preventing local developments
• Continuous Learning & Adaptation to enhance the divisions' environment
• Decision-Making within the area of expertise, providing well-founded recommendations
• Documentation & Testing, including functional designs, test cases, and results
• Agile Framework Collaboration, working with user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint-based releases
• Workshop Facilitation to gather and analyze business requirements
• Cross-Functional Collaboration to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules

Your qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or Business Administration
• Extensive SAP Expertise, with professional experience as an SAP consultant in WM/EWM
• SAP TM Knowledge is an advantage
• Fluent Business English and German required
• Structured & Goal-Oriented Working Style, with resilience, proactiveness, and a solution-driven mindset
• Strong Communication & Leadership Skills, assertive and team-spirited
• Ability to Simplify Complexity, presenting complex topics in an understandable way
