Key Facts: SAP MDM, PIM, DAM, Data Architecture, in Gränichen/home office.
Main tasks:
- Implementation & Maintenance: Oversee the implementation, documentation, and ongoing maintenance of PIM/DAM systems, along with all relevant processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with various business units, including PBUs, Group, EMEA functions, and MBUs to ensure alignment and support.
- Business Support: Provide daily business support by managing incidents and requests within the PIM area.
- Change Management: Consult, evaluate, and specify change requests; implement these changes in collaboration with partners as needed.
- Data Architecture: Define and implement concepts for data architecture, ensuring seamless data flows between systems and processes, with a focus on data quality.
- Corporate Data Development: Contribute to the continuous development of corporate data concepts to support business needs.
- System Consistency & Data Quality: Maintain consistency and efficiency of PIM/DAM systems, ensuring data quality by implementing business rules within defined responsibilities and processes.
Your qualifications:
- Education: University degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master Data Management Expertise: Strong understanding of master data management, particularly product master data, with experience in SAP/PIM.
- Business Process Knowledge: Solid knowledge of business processes and how they relate to data management.
- Experience with Stibo STEP: Experience with Stibo STEP is an asset.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
- Team Collaboration: A collaborative team player focused on meeting user needs and working effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical Thinking: Systematic and strategic thinker, able to translate insights into actionable steps.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communicator, able to explain complex topics in the broader context of communication and user journey management.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and German (spoken and written); other languages is a plus.
