Main tasks:

• SAP Transformation Leadership: Define and implement future-proof SAP architectures, ensuring high-quality standards and alignment with business goals.
• Technical Expertise: Provide deep knowledge in SAP configuration, customization, and integration while maintaining security, compliance, and data privacy.
• Solution Architecture & Risk Mitigation: Architect SAP solutions and proactively de-risk transitions to ensure successful program execution.
• Strategic Roadmap Development: Define and drive SAP transformation roadmaps, aligning technology solutions with business strategies.
• SAP Best Practices Advisory: Leverage industry insights to advise clients on SAP best practices, optimizing business processes.
• Enterprise Integration: Lead cross-functional teams to integrate SAP solutions within broader enterprise IT landscapes.

Your qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Several years of SAP consulting experience, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and integrations.
• SAP Solution Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (Finance, Logistics, Manufacturing), SAP SCM, SAP CX, and related technologies.
• Key Competencies: Proactive mindset, self-motivation, adaptability, excellent communication skills, and a passion for staying ahead of SAP industry trends.
• Language Skills: Strong command of English and German.
• SAP Certifications: Certifications in SAP S/4HANA, SAP Solution Architecture, or related areas.
• Business Development & Pre-Sales: Experience in proposal creation, client presentations, and identifying SAP growth opportunities.
• Cloud & Emerging Technologies: Knowledge of SAP BTP, SAP Cloud Platform, and integration with third-party systems.
