SAP PP/QM Teamlead (100%)

Main tasks:

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP PP QM solutions, collaborating closely with technical and functional teams to align with manufacturing goals
• Ensure seamless integration of production and quality control processes across SAP modules, improving workflow efficiency and data accuracy
• Analyze manufacturing business needs, offering strategic insights to optimize operations and boost productivity
• Provide ongoing functional support and expert advice to internal stakeholders on SAP PP QM systems, ensuring smooth operations and maximizing system performance
• Create and deliver customized training programs for end-users, enabling a deep understanding and effective adoption of SAP solutions in the manufacturing context
• Assess the impact of SAP updates and system changes on manufacturing processes, developing proactive change management strategies to minimize disruption and ensure business continuity

Your qualifications:

• Proven experience in implementing and configuring SAP solutions in the PP and QM modules
• Deep understanding of manufacturing and quality control processes, with knowledge of industry best practices
• Experience as a functional consultant on SAP projects, ideally with a focus on SAP S/4HANA
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of driving transformation initiatives and supporting end-users
• Client-focused mindset with the ability to collaborate in multicultural teams
• Fluency in German and English
