SAP SD S/4HANA Business System Analyst (100%)

Main tasks:

• Building a new ERP environment with a green field approach
• Forming a team of analysts to:
• Ensure close business function relationships and consult on best practices
• Implement and maintain modern, standard business processes in a cloud environment
• Utilize a fully integrated ERP environment for efficient solutions
• Partner with the business to develop digitalization of SAP in Sales, Logistics, and Billing
• Focus on business processes and technologies within:
• Financial systems
• Clinical and commercial Supply Chain systems
• Product Development systems
• Sales and Operations Planning systems

Your qualifications:

• Minimum of University Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Several years of professional experience, with 4 years in the pharmaceutical industry preferred
• Several years of experience in the Sales business area, planning and managing IT systems
• Several years of process and configuration experience in SAP S/4HANA in the SD module; experience in MM and LE is a plus
• Good understanding of global trade compliance aspects and impacts throughout the Supply Chain and respective master data requirements
• Experience in providing end user training
• Experience in development of training documentation and eLearning modules
• Strong knowledge in system management and administration
• Experience in managing software as a service (SaaS)
• Strong communication skills, able to understand problems and present solutions to business partners
• Project Management skills to lead process change initiatives within SAP S/4HANA
• Good analytical skills with ability to partner with business to understand requirements and transform them into IT solutions
• Independent and hands-on working style, team player, highly self-motivated, proactive, and change-oriented
• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken); French is a plus
