Senior SAP EWM Solution Architect & Project Manager (100%)

Main tasks:

• Responsible for delivering challenging SAP roll-outs and projects as part of the Global SAP team
• Key role in configuring and implementing EWM on S/4 HANA (decentralized and embedded EWM, migration from WM to stock room management, LE and WM in compatibility mode)
• Support all phases of global SAP EWM rollouts, including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and end-user training
• Collaborate with process experts to customize and configure SAP EWM solutions, implementing them using defined methodologies (data migration, key user training, testing, and go-live)
• Conduct business process analysis, identify gaps, and translate business needs into SAP global template solutions to enhance processes, performance, and acceptance
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support, manage change & incident handling, and assist key users with current SAP EWM systems

Your qualifications:

• Several years of experience in SAP EWM on S/4HANA (both decentralized and embedded), with at least 2 full-cycle implementations and rollouts
• Skilled in gathering SAP EWM requirements, preparing functional specifications, conducting integration and user acceptance testing (UAT), managing data migration, and leading user training
• Strong expertise in architecting, designing, and configuring complex SAP EWM solutions (outbound, inbound, internal warehouse operations, picking, put-away, transfer postings, cycle counts, wave planning, mobile data entry integration, label printing, and more)
• Integration experience with MM, SD, PP, and QM modules
• Good knowledge of interfaces and intralogistics processes
• Basic understanding of ABAP / ABAP debugging is an advantage
• Action-oriented with strong problem-solving skills, focused on exceeding customer expectations and meeting end-user needs
• Willingness to travel up to 30%
• Fluent in English and German
