SAP CRM C4C Consultant (80-100%)

Key Facts: SAP CRM, SAP C4C Sales and Service Cloud, SAP SD/CS, International Travels in Gränichen/home office.

Main tasks:

• Application Management for CRM System: Oversee the application management of our CRM system, SAP C4C Sales and Service Cloud, with a primary focus on C4C Sales Cloud.
  
• Support Implementation & Operations: Support international implementation projects as well as day-to-day operations of the CRM system.
  
• Define & Implement Interfaces: Define and implement interfaces to systems such as SAP S/4HANA, Self-Service Portal, Offering Tools, and e-Commerce platforms, collaborating with application managers and developers.
  
• Evaluate Solution Concepts: Assess solution concepts of Change Requests (CRs) in terms of feasibility, risks, and process/function standardization.
  
• Specify & Implement CRs: Specify and implement CRs, including technical specifications required by developers or for interfaces.
  
• Customization & Documentation: Customize the system and ensure thorough documentation is created.
  
• Training & Knowledge Transfer: Provide training and transfer knowledge to key users and process owners.

Your qualifications:

• Education: Degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field (FH/University).
  
• CRM Application Management: Strong understanding of CRM application management, particularly SAP C4C Sales and Service Cloud.
  
• SAP ERP Knowledge: Knowledge of SAP ERP, especially SAP SD and/or CS, is preferred.
  
• Travel Availability: Willingness to travel, particularly during rollout projects, with reduced travel requirements afterward.
  
• Language Skills: Fluent in English and German(spoken and written); other languages are a plus.
  
• Communication Skills: Strong team spirit with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a focus on user needs.
  
• Analytical & Actionable: Systematic thinker who can effectively translate insights into actionable steps.
