SAP/non SAP Business Analytics Specialist (100%)

Key Facts: Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, SAP and non SAP BI Tools, in Turgi/home office.

Main tasks:

• Data Pipeline & Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain complex data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting tools to support business-critical decisions.
  
• Business Translation & Insights: Convert business objectives into processes, systems, and data structures to drive data-informed decision-making.
  
• Data Analysis & Communication: Extract and interpret data-driven insights, effectively communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
  
• AI & Advanced Analytics: Design and implement experiments leveraging AI and other advanced analytics tools to enhance integrity risk detection among business partners.
  
• Best Practices & Data Integrity: Establish analytics and reporting best practices, ensuring data integrity, validation, and thorough documentation for accuracy and reliability.

Your qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
  
• Experience: Several years of professional experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or data science.
  
• SAP Expertise: Deep understanding of SAP data structures and configuration, particularly SD, FI-CO, and MM modules.
  
• Business Domain Knowledge: Experience in one or more areas such as Marketing & Sales, Logistics, Controlling, Forensics, Internal Controls, or Procurement is an advantage.
  
• Data Extraction & Manipulation: Proficiency in SQL and Alteryx, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  
• Data Visualization: Strong experience in Tableau and Power BI for creating impactful visualizations.
  
• Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication, with fluency in English.
