Main tasks:

• End-to-End Implementation: Lead SAP MM module projects from initiation to completion, covering requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• System Configuration & Integration: Design, configure, and implement SAP MM processes while ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules and external systems.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align SAP MM functionalities with business needs and optimize overall system performance.
• Testing & Documentation: Conduct system testing, create user training materials, and ensure comprehensive project documentation.
• Post-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing system support, monitor performance, and implement enhancements for continuous improvement.
• Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure adherence to internal policies, industry standards, and best practices in SAP MM implementation.
• Expert Guidance: Advise key users on SAP MM functionalities, recommend tailored solutions, and support process optimization.
• Project Management: Develop and maintain project plans, track progress, and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
• Training & Knowledge Sharing: Conduct training sessions for key users and end-users, ensuring smooth adoption of SAP MM solutions.
• Industry & Technology Trends: Stay updated on SAP MM advancements, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation.
• Mentorship: Guide junior consultants in their professional development and provide expertise to enhance team capabilities.

Your qualifications:

• Education: Masters or Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Several years of experience as an SAP MM Consultant with deep expertise in SAP MM, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP SRM.
• Project Management: Strong ability to develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines effectively.
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent stakeholder management, teamwork, and relationship-building abilities.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Work Style: Independent, self-motivated, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• A valid work permit for Switzerland or an EU citizenship is a must + german knowhow
