Team Lead SAP SCM (100%)

Location: Aarburg / Home-Office

Main tasks:

• Lead and oversee a team of SAP consultants across WM/EWM, MM, PP, QM, and LE-TRA domains
• Ensure successful project delivery, meeting quality, time, and resource targets
• Manage timelines, budgets, and resources as project lead
• Collaborate with business representatives to understand requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Champion standardization and promote standard solutions to minimize localized custom developments
• Identify project risks and issues, developing effective mitigation strategies
• Design, customize, configure, and test SAP SCM solutions
• Proactively suggest process or system improvements to enhance business efficiency
• Conduct workshops to gather and analyze business requirements

Your qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or Business Administration
• Several years of professional experience as an in-house SAP consultant in two or more of these modules: WM/EWM, PP, QM, MM-PUR, LE-TRA
• Experience in a leadership role or comparable experience guiding teams
• Proven ability to simplify complex concepts for varied audiences
• Skilled in translating business needs into technical requirements
• Experience working within global teams and across international settings
• Fluent in business English and German
• Organized, goal-oriented, with a resilient, proactive approach to work
• Strong communicator with assertiveness, team orientation, and a collaborative spirit
