Key Facts: SAP PPM, SAP PS, SAP S/4HANA, travelling within Switzerland, in Bern/home office.

Main tasks:

• Creative Solution Design: Design and conceptualize S/4HANA requirements for implementation units within SAP PS and PPM.
  
• Workshop Facilitation: Play a key role in Fit-to-Standard / Fit-to-Gap workshops in collaboration with business units, driving process enhancements.
  
• Implementation Ownership: Specify and implement S/4HANA requirements during the build phase in close coordination with external development partners.
  
• Communication Bridge: Serve as a key interface between business departments and external development teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
  
• Operational Support: Contribute to testing, data migration, and parallel operations, handling diverse and challenging responsibilities.
  
• Professional Development: Leverage valuable opportunities for continuous learning and expanding expertise in high-impact areas.

Your qualifications:

• Motivation & Drive: Strong commitment to personal development and the continuous improvement of work environments.
  
• SAP Expertise: Practical experience in SAP customization, particularly within PS or PPM modules, and/or sound understanding of module integration.
  
• Implementation Know-how: Familiarity with system implementation in the CO/PS domain and asset management processes.
  
• Educational Background: Degree in business informatics or active engagement in related academic or vocational training programs.
  
• Team Collaboration: A proactive and enthusiastic approach to working in teams, with a passion for innovative and complex topics.
  
• Language Proficiency: German and English, written and spoken.
