Key Facts: Team Lead, SAP Supply Chain Management, SAP PP/MM/LE/VC/WM/QM, Project Management, SAP S/4HANA Brownfield Conversion, in Winterthur/home office.
Main tasks:
- Ensure seamless Application Management Services: Oversee core ERP solutions (SAP ECC6 & SAP S/4), including interfaced solutions (e.g., Vendor Portal, Demand Planning, Customs & Compliance).
- Lead global SAP team: Manage an experienced team across various SAP modules, including PP, MM, LE, VC, WM, and QM.
- Contribute to SAP S/4 HANA implementation: Play a key role in the Brownfield conversion program (initiated in 2024).
- Drive process engineering: Lead roll-out, release management, and process improvement activities.
- Develop and manage strategic project portfolio: Create and oversee a roadmap for key projects.
- Ensure successful project delivery: Monitor and guarantee adherence to timelines, budgets, and resource planning.
- Manage business demand: Ensure strong IT-business alignment and manage business requirements effectively.
- Own IT budgeting and spend management: Take full responsibility for the budget and financial management within the area of responsibility.
- Conduct RfI/RfP management: Manage product, service, and vendor evaluations, ensuring proper vendor selection and performance.
- Execute vendor management: Ensure vendors comply with SLAs and contractual obligations.
- Travel for business: Willingness to travel approximately 10% for business purposes.
Your qualifications:
- University degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Economics, or a similar qualification.
- SAP and project management certifications are a plus.
- Leadership development experience preferred.
- Several years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a global IT environment.
- Expertise in global intercompany logistics, preferably in manufacturing, with knowledge of forecast-to-plan, plan-to-produce, and source-to-pay SAP processes.
- Strong skills in business requirements analysis, cost-benefit assessments, and ensuring both functional and non-functional coverage.
- Experience in managing all project phases using waterfall and/or agile methodologies.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, delegation, and execution skills; ability to lead by example and foster a positive, can-do mentality.
- Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong intercultural and leadership abilities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build trust, act fairly, and treat others with respect.
