Key Facts: SAP MDG, SAP Solution Architecture, SAP SD/MM, SAP LE, SAP TM, Implementation Projects , in Pratteln/home office.

Main tasks:

• Master Data Management Oversight: Ensure quality and optimized data solutions across SAP S4/HANA & MDG, including data source mapping, data movement, and interface management.
  
• Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with Product/Process Owners and Lead Solution Architects to evaluate design changes and align them from an application maintenance perspective.
  
• Data Flow and Transformation: Design data pipelines, model data, and oversee data transformation from legacy systems to S/4 HANA and SAP MDG.
  
• Governance and Best Practices: Ensure adherence to data governance standards and best practices while supporting issue resolution in collaboration with DevSecOps teams.
  
• Data Migration and Analysis: Guide data migration strategies, perform data gap analysis, and recommend solutions based on business requirements.
  
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional scrum teams on SAP configuration, primarily in logistics and procurement domains.
  
• MDM Solution Deployment: Configure, test, and deploy MDM solutions, ensuring business requirements are met, and provide ongoing support to optimize system performance.
  
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks during transition, ensuring smooth business operations.

Your qualifications:

• Techno-Functional Expertise: Proven experience in SAP architecture, with strong expertise in S/4 HANA and ECC modules (e.g., SD, MM, LE, TM).
  
• Hands-On Project Experience: At least 2-3 end-to-end SAP implementation projects, with a strong background in data mapping, ETL, and SAP data dictionary.
  
• Industry Experience: Previous experience in supply chain or retail industries, with solid data management and analytics skills.
  
• Leadership and Communication: Strong team player with the ability to inspire and mobilize teams, communicate complex technical concepts clearly, and build trusted relationships.
  
• Adaptability and Vision: A pragmatic, adaptable leader with a focus on delivering value through effective SAP solutions, always willing to roll up sleeves and contribute.
