Main tasks:

• Drive SAP Production Planning Adoption: Ensure full implementation and adoption of SAP Production Planning (PP) and Execution (PP/DS) modules within local units, optimizing their capabilities to deliver maximum business value.
  
• Global Process Alignment: Partner with SAP Business Process Owners across regions to harmonize business processes, implement improvements, and prioritize system requirements.
  
• Business Process Optimization: Analyze existing business processes to uncover opportunities for optimization and automation using SAP solutions.
  
• Collaborate with Local Teams: Work closely with Local Business Process Owners and Key Users to understand and address top-priority challenges, monitor system performance, and collect feedback.
  
• Proactive Issue Resolution: Address user issues promptly, ensuring clear and thorough documentation for change requests to enable quick implementation of fixes.
  
• Upskill Key Users: Develop and deliver training to enable key users to become SAP system experts at their sites, enhancing their self-sufficiency.
  
• Create and Deliver Training Materials: Assist in developing training resources and provide training on new processes and functionalities to ensure effective system adoption.

Your qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  
• SAP Production Planning Expertise: Experience with SAP Production Planning (PP) and Execution (PP/DS) modules.
  
• S4/HANA Platform Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the S4/HANA platform is preferred, with SAP certifications being a plus.
  
• Industry Experience: Experience in manufacturing or industrial services is advantageous.
  
• Effective Communication: Strong communication skills, with fluency in English.
  
• Adaptability: Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global team environment.
  
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical abilities and a solutions-oriented, collaborative approach to addressing challenges.
