Main tasks:

• Project Charter & Budget Management: Designing project charters, planning, and monitoring resources and budgets
• Workstream Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Leading project workstreams, managing consultants and suppliers, ensuring regular status reporting, and coordinating interactions between stakeholders
• Change Management: Developing communication kits, organizing information sessions, workshops, and workgroups to facilitate change
• SAP Standard Implementation: Driving the adoption of SAP S/4HANA while addressing necessary deviations
• Reporting & KPI Management: Defining, implementing, and coordinating scorecards/KPIs to ensure on-time project delivery

Your qualifications:

• Education: Engineering degree or equivalent Masters-level technical qualification
• Leadership Experience: Proven track record in transformational projects, including collaboration with C-Level management
• ERP Project Expertise: Leadership or major involvement in large-scale SAP ERP projects
• SAP S/4HANA Knowledge: Experience in manufacturing industries with service exposure
• Result-Driven & Coaching Skills: Strong ability to drive results while mentoring teams
• International & Multicultural Management: Extensive experience managing multi-country and cross-cultural teams
• Indirect Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders
• Decision-Making & Conflict Management: Strong skills in conflict resolution and strategic decision-making
