Main tasks:

• Define and implement a digital roadmap for procurement, ensuring alignment with company-wide initiatives.
• Lead Digital Transformation in Procurement, leveraging automation and data-driven decision-making.
• Develop and implement digital procurement tools, analytics platforms, and automation solutions.
• Manage a team of 3-5 people, fostering innovation and collaboration.
• Report directly to the Chief Procurement Officer, ensuring strategic alignment.
• Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of SAP Ariba, AI-driven procurement tools, automation solutions, and spend analytics.
• Develop advanced analytics dashboards, spend models, and reporting tools to provide strategic insights.
• Lead the governance and optimization of the Procurement Data Lake, ensuring data integrity and usability.
• Establish savings methodologies, performance tracking, and financial impact reporting to maximize efficiency.
• Drive automation initiatives through RPA, AI, and machine learning, streamlining procurement workflows

Your qualifications:

• Extensive experience in procurement digitalization, analytics, and technology-driven transformation.
• Expertise in SAP Ariba, Procurement BI tools, AI-driven procurement solutions, and automation technologies.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Python, or SQL for procurement analytics.
• Proven ability to manage a Procurement Data Lake and optimize savings reporting and data governance.
• Successful track record in leading digital transformation projects within procurement.
• Masters degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field; an MBA in Digital Supply Chain is a plus.
• Certifications in Project Management & Supply Management (CPSM, ISM) are advantageous.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluent in English and German.
