Main tasks:
- Manage and maintain standard integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP, via Business Integration Builder as well as integrations with S4HANA via ALE
- Design and develop custom integrations using ABAP and SAP Cloud Integration Suite based on business requirements
- Develop, manage, and optimize RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, and Workflows) based on business requirements
- Handle custom ABAP programming and script development to meet business needs
- Understand and document business requirements, translating them into system specifications within the SAP HCM and SuccessFactors context
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize the functionality of the integrated systems, ensuring alignment with business processes and strategies
- Ensure system data integrity and performance efficiency across integrated systems
- Assist in problem determination and resolution whenever necessary
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between various systems
- Provide training and ongoing support to end-users on integrated system usage
Your qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Several years of experience with SAP and SuccessFactors with a focus on technical aspects
- Expert knowledge of Business Integration Builder (EC to ECC interface), ALE (between S4H Finance and ECC), SAP Cloud Integration Suite and ABAP
- Strong technical understanding of the SAP HCM data model including Payroll, Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), and Time Management, is required
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical specifications
- Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on resolution of integration issues
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects on time and within budget
- Relevant SAP technical certifications (integrations, ABAP) are required
