Main tasks

• Global SAP Rollouts & Projects
  Lead complex SAP TM rollouts and implementations, ensuring smooth execution across all phases from analysis and design to development, testing, and deployment.
• Customization & Configuration
  Tailor and optimize SAP TM solutions in close collaboration with business process experts, using best practices to enhance performance and usability.
• Business Process Optimization
  Analyze existing transportation and logistics processes, identify gaps, and translate business needs into SAP global template solutions to maximize efficiency.
• End-to-End Project Involvement
  Contribute throughout the full project lifecycle, including data migration, key user training, testing, documentation, and go-live support.
• SAP Support & Continuous Improvement
  Take ownership of 2nd and 3rd level support, change & incident management, ensuring system stability while acting as a trusted advisor for key users.

Your qualifications

• SAP TM Mastery Deep understanding of SAP TM on S/4 HANA, from configuration to process integration.
• Project Leadership Experience in global SAP rollouts, driving end-to-end implementations in complex landscapes.
• Process Know-How Strong knowledge of transportation, logistics, and supply chain processes, with the ability to challenge and improve them.
• Methodology & Tools Proficiency in SAP best practices, agile methodologies, and change management frameworks.
• Collaboration & Communication Ability to bridge the gap between business and IT, working effectively across teams and stakeholders.
