Key Facts: SAP FI/CO, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Project Management, in Basel/Home-Office

Main tasks:

• Process Optimization: Analyze and standardize global financial processes using SAP S/4HANA, driving innovative IT solutions to enhance efficiency
• Solution Design: Lead the design, configuration, and integration of SAP FI/CO and related finance systems, ensuring seamless functionality across platforms like Basware and Concur
• User Support: Provide expert support to end-users and implement technology strategies aligned with the global finance roadmap
• Problem Solving: Apply strong analytical skills to troubleshoot issues, optimize workflows, and ensure quality throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Global Collaboration: Partner with international teams and stakeholders to lead design workshops, plan activities, and deliver cross-functional projects successfully

Your qualifications:

• Education and Experience: Bachelors degree in IT or a related field with over several years of experience in SAP FI/CO and at least 2 years in SAP S/4HANA implementations
• Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA configurations, financial processes, and system integrations, along with hands-on experience in tools like Basware and Concur
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead projects, facilitate workshops, and manage stakeholders with a focus on achieving business objectives
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with global teams and end-users
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adopt emerging technologies to stay ahead in a dynamic industry
• Language: Very good English and German (verbal and written)
