Main tasks:

  • Define and implement new/enhanced system functionalities.
  • Perform 3rd level support within the global SAP service delivery organization.
  • Document and train on system functionalities and processes.
  • Consult on IT topics in Sales, Distribution, and CRM.
  • Potentially act as (Sub) IT Project Manager for relevant projects.
  • Create specifications with Business Units for developments and coordinate with the development team.
  • Set new functionalities and processes live (requirement clarification, system customizing, testing, documentation, training, go-live).
  • Support the global SAP service delivery organization in ticket solving (3rd level).
  • Supervise and coordinate assigned external SAP consultants.
  • Lead or assist in organizational and system changes for new trading, distribution, and application functionalities.
  • Consult on process setup, improvement, and standardization of global sales and distribution processes.
  • Contribute to conceptual system and process design, including setting standards and tools.
  • Perform knowledge transfer to other team members and stakeholders.

Your qualifications:

  • Basic education familiar with technologies and their opportunities.
  • Further education in Project Management or Sub-Project Management.
  • Expert knowledge and experience in sales, distribution, and CRM/SAP CX (C4C & eCommerce).
  • Expertise in worldwide DRC/e-Document processes (e-invoicing, etc.).
  • Expertise in Global Trade Services (GTS).
  • Knowledge of SAP SD processes and customizing.
  • Familiarity with SAP Intercompany Processes, SAP CX (C4C, eCommerce), SAP-GTS, SAP CS, SAP CPQ or LO-VC, SAP MM, PP, SAP S/4 HANA.
