Main tasks:

  • Implement and Roll Out Global HR Solutions: Extract, transform, and analyze raw HR data into meaningful insights.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with HR Business Process Owners, Internal IT, and external suppliers.
  • Global HR Collaboration: Work closely with the worldwide HR community to ensure alignment.
  • Expert-Level Support: Provide in-depth support for HR modules and processes, and offer knowledge transfer and training to the Solution Support Team.
  • Manage Authorizations: Build and maintain the HR authorizations concept.
  • SAP Release Management: Oversee updates and releases related to SAP systems.

Your qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Studies, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in a multicultural team with cross-functional collaboration.
  • Expert knowledge of one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules.
  • Experience with reporting tools: Proficiency in SuccessFactors Story Reports and Microsoft Power BI.
  • Language skills: Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • On-site work requirement: This role requires full on-site presence.
