SAP and non SAP BI Operations Lead (100%)

Key Facts: Lead Operations Reporting, SAP BW, SAC, non SAP BI Tools, Project Management, in Rümlang/home office.

Main tasks:

• Own Operations Performance Reporting: Develop and implement solutions for globally aligned reporting, forecasting, and planning, supporting the day-to-day decision-making and steering of the CCO organization.
  
• Lead Reporting Solutions Development: Drive the development, testing, training, and roll-out of global Operations Reporting solutions in close collaboration with key stakeholders (e.g., Operations, Finance, Commercial Leadership, Strategy, IT).
  
• Trusted Partner for Deliverables: Ensure high-quality, on-time deliverables in coordination with business services and tower heads.
  
• Implement Reporting Standards: Lead the implementation of group-wide reporting standards and processes aligned with Operations Excellence objectives.
  
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify and drive initiatives focused on enhancing data quality and improving user-friendliness of reporting solutions.
  
• Contribute to Simplify Reporting Project: Actively support the success of the Simplify Reporting Project, Global Process Organization, and Business Intelligence Competence Center (BICC).
  
• Lead Knowledge Transfer: Coordinate and lead knowledge transfer sessions with business services, local operations teams, and the key user community.

Your qualifications:

• Educational Background: University degree in Operations, Business, Finance, or related fields, preferably with an interest in Business Intelligence solutions.
  
• Work Experience: Proven experience in a senior position in a multinational company with exposure to operations reporting, performance management, and business intelligence.
  
• Expertise in Operations and Business Intelligence: Strong understanding of operations and commercial solutions, business intelligence, analytics, and controlling concepts and tools.
  
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SAP (especially SAP Analytics Cloud, SD, MM, PP modules, Business Warehouse), and BI tools.
  
• Project Management Expertise: Refined project management skills with the ability to coordinate in a multicultural environment.
  
• Team Collaboration: Reliable team player with excellent communication skills, a high sense of responsibility, and the ability to adapt to ad hoc requests.
  
• Language Proficiency: Business proficiency in English and German.
