Main tasks:

• Oversee functional leadership and ongoing evolution of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM platforms, ensuring maximum uptime and performance
• Bridge business needs with IT delivery by capturing requirements, conducting in-depth analysis, and designing tailored system configurations.
• Manage end-to-end incident resolution, service tickets, and change implementations across SAP SuccessFactors, HCM, and integrated systems.
• Drive system upgrades, feature expansions, and process optimizations through careful planning and execution.
• Design and refine integration points connecting SAP SuccessFactors/HCM with upstream/downstream applications.
• Orchestrate internal teams and external partners to deliver seamless support, enhancements, and project milestones.
• Execute routine maintenance tasks, including after-hours support as needed for business continuity.

Your qualifications:

• Several years of experience as a SAP Business Analyst with deep functional SAP domain knowledge.
• Proven track record implementing SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Strong SAP HCM expertise within ECC setups; S/4HANA exposure preferred.
• Experience navigating complex or regulated industries highly valued.
• Fluent in French and German, with excellent stakeholder engagement across multicultural teams.
