SAP PP/MM Business Analyst (100%)

Main tasks:

• Collaborating closely with various stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring efficient and coherent solutions
• Proposing and implementing new or enhanced system features
• Supporting the investigation and resolution of functional system issues
• Driving process standardization, harmonization, efficiency, and continuous improvement
• Maintaining technical documentation of all processes supported by SAP
• Providing leadership and guidance to business users, including training and support on SAP functionality and related business procedures
• Working closely with SAP development teams to create custom enhancements, reports, interfaces, apps, or other system features
• Collaborating with data owners, data experts, and other stakeholders to ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency in adherence to established standards, and supporting data migration
• Managing and controlling the scope of work with external partners to ensure optimal solution and service delivery at competitive prices.

Your qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology
• Strong understanding of relevant business processes and their integration with SAP systems
• In-depth knowledge of SAP applications, including standard functionality, customization/configuration, and developments, particularly in SAP PP/MM, with a focus on plan-to-produce processes in a chemical/pharmaceutical production environment, and integration with other areas. Knowledge of SAP PS is a plus
• Proven track record with extensive experience as an SAP business analyst or consultant in a similar industry, or as a functional business expert with extensive SAP knowledge
• SAP certifications in SAP PP/MM are a plus; additional certification in PS is highly beneficial
• Fluent in German and English; proficiency in other languages (especially French) is advantageous
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Project management and leadership capabilities
