Key Facts: SAP Team Lead, SAP Manufacturing, AVC and LO-VC, in Dierlikon/Home-Office.

Main tasks:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all operational and project-related topics within the designated business unit, representing the organization effectively.
• Manage a team of SAP professionals to identify, address, and resolve software issues while driving process enhancements to optimize user experience.
• Evaluate SAP updates and advocate for the adoption of innovative features and tools to streamline business operations, presenting recommendations in appropriate forums.
• Collaborate across departments to maintain a reliable, scalable, and forward-looking SAP framework, ensuring seamless integration of cross-module projects in partnership with implementation teams.
• Provide leadership by setting clear performance targets, tracking progress, and fostering team members' professional growth through personalized development plans.
• Oversee recruitment activities, conducting interviews, and ensuring smooth onboarding processes for new hires.
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance team capabilities while building a cooperative and results-driven work environment.
• Stay updated on trends and advancements in IT to ensure the team is aligned with the latest technological developments.

Dein Profil:

• Degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Business IT, or a similar discipline.
• Extensive experience in managing SAP focused teams, ideally with expertise in the manufacturing sector.
• Deep understanding of SAP Manufacturing modules, AVC, and LO-VC.
• Proven track record in overseeing complex projects and managing organizational changes.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of motivating and guiding a diverse team.
• Advanced analytical skills paired with a methodical approach to solving challenges.
• Proficient in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal abilities.
