Key Facts: SAP ABAP, SAP FS-AM, SAP S/4HANA, project management / project lead, travelling within Switzerland, in Zurich/home office.

Main tasks:

• Strategic Consulting: Lead engagements from problem definition to solution deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  
• Solution Design & Development: Oversee the design, development, and implementation of tailored SAP solutions.
  
• Technical Leadership: Act as a key advisor in architecture and design reviews, guiding teams on best practices.
  
• Process Optimization: Drive improvements in project processes, deliverables, and system performance.
  
• Capability Building: Support client training, knowledge-sharing, and internal skill development initiatives.

Your qualifications:

• ABAP Development: Extensive experience in SAP ABAP, particularly within Banking Services.
  
• FS-AM Module Knowledge: Strong familiarity with Financial Services Account Management.
  
• SAP Enhancements & Workflow: Hands-on experience with BADIs/BAPIs, Implicit and explicit enhancements, User exits, SAP workflow abd parallel batch processing.
• S/4 HANA Optimization: Proven ability in performance tuning and system efficiency improvements.
  
• Problem-Solving & Debugging: Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  
• Technical Education: Degree in Computer Science or related field, with solid software design capabilities.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to break down complex challenges and develop structured solutions.
  
• Proactive & Adaptable: High degree of initiative and flexibility in dynamic environments.
