Key Facts: SAM MM, SAP SCM, Project Lead, SAP TM or EWM, in Aarburg/home office.
Main tasks:
- Process Design: Develop and optimize processes within the enterprise architecture, ensuring seamless integration across teams and modules.
- SAP MM/SCM Expertise: Design, customize, configure, and test MM/SCM-related solutions.
- Project Leadership: Lead projects or sub-projects, driving successful implementation.
- Continuous Improvement: Adapt, learn, and enhance processes within various business divisions.
- Decision-Making: Provide expert input and make informed decisions within the area of responsibility.
- Business Partnership: Act as a key purchasing expert, supporting the entire procurement-to-pay process.
- Documentation: Create and maintain functional designs, test cases, and test results.
- Agile Collaboration: Work within an agile framework, managing user stories, acceptance criteria, sprints, and releases.
- Process Optimization: Identify and propose business process and system enhancements proactively.
- Workshop Facilitation: Organize and lead workshops to gather business requirements effectively.
Your qualifications:
- Educational Background: Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or Business Administration.
- SAP Expertise: Several years of professional experience as an SAP consultant in MM/SCM.
- Additional SAP Knowledge: Experience with SAP TM, EWM, or Advanced ATP is a plus.
- Language Skills: Fluent in business English and German.
- Work Approach: Structured, goal-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused.
- Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively, assertively, and collaboratively within teams.
- Presentation Skills: Capable of simplifying complex topics for clear and effective communication.
- Business & Technical Translation: Ability to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
- Team Collaboration: Experienced in working across cross-functional and international teams, building strong stakeholder relationships.
- Business Process Understanding: Comprehensive knowledge of business processes and their alignment with system applications.
- Adaptability: Flexible in responding to evolving business needs and new technologies.
