Main tasks:

  • Process Design: Develop and optimize processes within the enterprise architecture, ensuring seamless integration across teams and modules.
  • SAP MM/SCM Expertise: Design, customize, configure, and test MM/SCM-related solutions.
  • Project Leadership: Lead projects or sub-projects, driving successful implementation.
  • Continuous Improvement: Adapt, learn, and enhance processes within various business divisions.
  • Decision-Making: Provide expert input and make informed decisions within the area of responsibility.
  • Business Partnership: Act as a key purchasing expert, supporting the entire procurement-to-pay process.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain functional designs, test cases, and test results.
  • Agile Collaboration: Work within an agile framework, managing user stories, acceptance criteria, sprints, and releases.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and propose business process and system enhancements proactively.
  • Workshop Facilitation: Organize and lead workshops to gather business requirements effectively.

Your qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or Business Administration.
  • SAP Expertise: Several years of professional experience as an SAP consultant in MM/SCM.
  • Additional SAP Knowledge: Experience with SAP TM, EWM, or Advanced ATP is a plus.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in business English and German.
  • Work Approach: Structured, goal-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused.
  • Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively, assertively, and collaboratively within teams.
  • Presentation Skills: Capable of simplifying complex topics for clear and effective communication.
  • Business & Technical Translation: Ability to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Experienced in working across cross-functional and international teams, building strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Business Process Understanding: Comprehensive knowledge of business processes and their alignment with system applications.
  • Adaptability: Flexible in responding to evolving business needs and new technologies.
