Main tasks:

• Digital Solutions Ownership: Take full ownership of digital solutions within the areas of operations, asset management, manufacturing, and supply chain
  
• Business Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with business departments, particularly in operations and supply chain, as well as with IT peers
  
• Requirement Translation: Understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements to ensure strategic alignment
  
• Solution Design: Develop and propose solutions that meet business objectives while ensuring architectural compatibility
  
• Project Management & Execution: Oversee the full project lifecycle, including stakeholder engagement, solution design, execution, and hyper-care, while managing resources, timelines, and budgets
  
• SAP Configuration: Configure and manage the S/4HANA Public Cloud SAP solution within the area of responsibility
  
• Change Management & Releases: Drive change management processes, oversee SAP releases, and ensure seamless transitions
  
• Support & Issue Resolution: Provide level 2 support to power users and coordinate further assistance when needed
  
• Feedback & Escalation Management: Promote a culture of open feedback and handle escalations based on project progress

Your qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  
• Technical Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-growing, dynamic environment with evolving business needs
  
• SAP Expertise: Experience leading or supporting at least three SAP implementation cycles
  
• Methodology Familiarity: Strong understanding of Agile and hybrid methodologies, with enthusiasm for frequent releases
  
• Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate resources, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery
  
• Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical thinker with a solution-oriented mindset and confidence in decision-making
  
• Proactive Mindset: Self-driven, hands-on, persistent, and motivated to take initiative
  
• Curiosity & Flexibility: Eager to learn and expand expertise into new areas
  
• Language Skills: Fluency in English and German
