Main tasks:

• Customer-Centric Service Alignment: Ensure that application services meet customer needs and adhere to the service level management framework
• Service Quality Management: Negotiate, monitor, and maintain service levels to ensure high-quality application services
• Vendor & Offshore Service Provider Management: Define and oversee service level agreements (SLAs), monitor fulfillment, and manage escalations
• Contract & Process Management: Initiate and maintain agreements with strategic external application support providers
• Incident Management Coordination: Support and coordinate incident resolution, communicate updates, and manage stakeholder expectations
• Change & Release Management: Oversee the implementation of changes in line with support and release management processes
• SAP ERP System Support: Provide coaching and quality assurance for initiatives impacting the SAP ERP system
• Architecture Review & Compliance: Ensure major initiatives (including SAP add-ons) comply with architectural guidelines for system stability
• SAP Module Governance: Guide SAP application owners and power users to drive continuous improvement of SAP functionalities
• Coordinate the ERP operational budget
• Define and enforce documentation standards and audit requirements
• Oversee incident, change, and access management processes
• Ensure SAP application lifecycle management and compliance with regulatory standards
• Establish and execute a license measurement process for SAP license audit compliance
• ERP Roadmap Leadership: Define and drive the strategic Global ERP roadmap for Swiss and Chinese manufacturing systems in alignment with business objectives
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Turbocharging process representatives to ensure proper integration and alignment of initiatives within the process and application landscape
• Innovation & SAP Optimization: Analyze, recommend, and promote new SAP functionalities and reusable solutions to drive innovation
• S/4HANA Transformation: Support the S/4HANA transformation project and lead the Sub-Workstream for Operational Governance and Future Tooling Landscape
• Global ERP Run Concept: Define the future global operating model for S/4 systems and supporting applications

Your qualifications:

• Several years of SAP ERP leadership in an international environment
• Strong background in contract and provider management
• Experience working with nearshore and offshore support organizations
• Knowledge of SAP authorization concepts, compliance, and internal control standards
• High level of self-motivation, curiosity, and hands-on mentality
• Ability to manage multiple global priorities in a cross-functional and international environment
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to remove obstacles, escalate when necessary, and resolve cross-functional conflicts
• Excellent team leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Expertise in IT Service Management (ITIL)
• Strategic and pragmatic thinker, capable of balancing abstraction with practical solutions
• Resilient, assertive, and consensus-driven with strong conflict resolution skills
• Fluent in English and German (German is mandatory)
• Strong negotiation, facilitation, and consensus-building skills
