Key Facts: SAP PLM solutions, collaborating with key departments, optimizing and digitalizing business processes, providing support and training, handling software functionality, Kreuzlingen/home office.

Main tasks:

• Advance and support our SAP PLM solutions in close collaboration with relevant departments.
• Address requirements related to PLM satellite systems such as PIM or DAM.
• Provide insights and support in optimizing and digitalizing business processes.
• Design, devise solutions for, and implement new business needs, especially within the area of Product Structure Management.
• Ensure software functionality through second-level support, error analysis, and troubleshooting in daily operations.
• Plan and execute training sessions for key users while supporting end-user training.
• Conduct and document software tests.

Your qualifications:

• A technical degree or equivalent qualification with significant professional experience.
• Deep knowledge of the SAP MM module, particularly in master data, ideally with a focus on the fashion and textile industry.
• Experience as an in-house consultant or managing SAP PDM/PLM solutions, preferably in the fashion sector.
• Ideally, familiarity with interfaces in the SAP Integration Suite (BTP).
• Proficiency in English.
• Self-reliant and structured work approach.
• Analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex issues.
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a collaborative spirit.
