Main tasks:

• Support and continuously improve SAP SuccessFactors and connected HR systems
• Act as internal Key User and Subject Matter Expert for assigned modules
• Coordinate support, troubleshooting and enhancements with IT and external partners
• Support testing, release management and UAT activities
• Identify opportunities to automate and optimize HR processes and user experience
• Participate in global rollouts, upgrades and HR IT projects
• Support HR reporting, dashboards, analytics and data quality initiatives

Your qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Information Systems or a comparable field
• 2–5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors and HR IT projects
• Experience with SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central, OM, RCM and Performance & Goals
• Solid understanding of HR processes and HR master data management
• Experience with testing, implementations or project management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• SuccessFactors certification and SAP HCM Payroll experience are an advantage
• Fluent in German and English
• Open to returners after a family-leave break
