Main tasks:
- Define and implement governance structures that ensure clear accountability, decision-making, and alignment with global strategy.
- Provide strategic direction for global programs, driving standardization and full adoption of core SAP systems.
- Translate business needs into actionable requirements by collaborating closely with key stakeholders.
- Oversee the demand pipeline from Business Units into the SAP Center of Excellence, aligned with defined operating models.
- Lead global process harmonization initiatives, reducing deviations and promoting scalable best practices.
- Track and improve process performance through KPIs, analytics, and benchmarking.
- Ensure robust data governance, maintaining high standards of data quality, consistency, and security across systems.
- Identify capability gaps and drive training initiatives to strengthen team performance.
- Lead change management efforts, encouraging global standard adoption while minimizing local customizations.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to system implementations and process changes, ensuring compliance.
- Build and develop high-performing global teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and growth.
- Partner with Business Unit leadership on planning, budgeting, and continuous alignment.
Your qualifications:
- Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in operations, manufacturing, or similar environments, including leadership of cross-functional and global teams.
- Strong leadership and change management capabilities, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders globally.
- Deep understanding of end-to-end processes across manufacturing, sales, logistics, and service, including Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable improvements.
