Dein Aufgabengebiet:

• Lead and further develop the Enterprise Architecture function, including team leadership, governance, and capability development.
• Define and execute the enterprise architecture roadmap, ensuring alignment between business strategy, applications, platforms, and technologies.
• Establish architecture principles, standards, and governance to drive scalable, secure, and resilient IT solutions.
• Ensure consistency, integration, and transparency across the enterprise application and technology landscape.
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into sustainable architectural solutions.
• Provide architectural leadership for strategic transformation programs, digital initiatives, and enterprise-wide projects.
• Contribute to the overall IT strategy as a member of the IT leadership team.

Dein Profil:

• Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience in Enterprise Architecture or a comparable strategic IT leadership role.
• Strong background in enterprise application landscapes, integration architectures, and SAP-centric environments.
• Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks, governance models, and large-scale transformation programs.
• Strategic mindset with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; German is an advantage
